XML and XFDL ???

I’m looking for any knowledge in the forum membership about XFDL, a proprietary product of PureEdge Solutions and a candidate for an XML standard, as I understand it. I want to explore conceptual application potential. (I am an independent consultant and not affiliated with PureEdge – i.e., this is not an advertisement for PureEdge)
