XP and SCO UNIX XVision Connections

I am having a very difficult time with Windows XP and SCO Openserver 5.0.6 running XVision 3.10.911 making password connections. I can see the server through the Windows Network but when attempting to connect get a permissions error. I have set XP to enable unencrypted passwords but still cannot get the UNIX server to accept them.

Any suggestions or ideas?
