XP File Encryption

Hi!

On a company witch i work for, some user’s use windows XP file Encryption.
On one Remodulation some users accounts have been Erased,
and so the correspondent encryption Key.

This is a Windows 2003 (SBS) domain.

– Does Windows create the recovery agents automatically ?
– If it does witch user will be able to access those encrypted files ?
– Is there a way to recover those files ?
