XP pro in Win2K Domain account lockout!!!

I’m having a problem with my domain admins account. I’m running winxp on most boxes in a win 2K domain controlled environment. I manage some part of the network from my XP pro box on which I installed Win 2K3 admin tools pack. Unfortunately, whenever I hibernate ma machine overnight; I return the following morning to find the account locked out-Unlocking it from one of the DC’s succeeds 4 a few seconds and then it’s locked again such that when I get back 2 ma XP pro box, I find the account locked out again. When I create a new domain account, it functions normally with no lockouts until I hibernate it. Then it gets into the same lockout problem. How may I prevent this from happening?
