xp workstations on nt server

Hi,
Is there somewhere in xp where I can pick up the profiles already set on 98 workstation. On 98 machines kids loging in don’t have rights to the desktop but with the xp machines although it picks some of the profiles it doesn’t pick this up. Is there something like poledit on xp machines??
