XpSp2 Intallation Via Usb

Hi everyone. I have a compaq compaq evo N160 note book running on win98 Second Edition platform. I want to upgrade it to Xp Sp2 but unfortuntely the note has no cd-rom. I wonder if achieve my goal using a flashdisk with such a laptop. What the tools required and how to go about it. Thanks
