Zenworks – Novell

We have 25-30 user network running Novell 5.0 among other NOS(Win 2000 & Linux).
My question is : does Zenworks come with Novell 5.0.?? Or you have to purchase it separetly. Is it worth using for this size of network.(i.e remote access, centralize AV software update, etc..)
I appreciate any help.
