    Insight Timer is a social network for different meditations. The community can upload them and then people can rate each meditation. They vary from minute-long practices to hour-long ones. The basic version is free for iPhone and Android.

    This app is a flexible meditation timer that uses gongs and bells to time your practice. It has its own pre-loaded audio meditations, or you can connect with other community members and develop on your own. It’s available for freefor iPhone.
