    The Google Mini is a 1U rack mountable box painted bright blue. The Google logo is on top, which will be hidden if the unit is actually installed into a rack.

  • The rear of the Mini has a full PC complement of ports but you only use three–the AC and two network connections. One of the network connections requires a special cable provided by Google (the orange one in this photo) to connect to a laptop for IP configuration.

  • Even the user manual and the rack mounting brackets are the same bright blue color as the Mini itself.

  • The real prize in the Google Mini is the coveted Google t-shirt that comes included in the box.
