    Ninu smart perfume

It’s a high-tech perfume. Ninu. It uses an AI-powered app to let you tweak the scent to suit your mood. It sounds wonderful and silly all at the same time.

    HairMax Laser Hair Growth Cap

It wouldn’t be CES, even a virtual version, without a wacky hair growth cap. This is the HairMax Flip 80 laser hair growth cap “designed to treat pattern hair loss and stimulate hair growth with a flip!”

    Shower Power

This one falls under the magnificent category. It’s a speaker from Ampere that’s powered by the water flow in your shower. It always stays charged and fits onto most showerheads.

    Shower Power

Okay, so, Shower Power is pretty cool, but this photo shows that if you add it to your handheld shower wand, you can pretend it’s a microphone and sing along. So that starts to put it over into the slightly wacky category. But it’s still pretty awesome. Just don’t do this.

    Toto Wellness Toilet

Ever wanted a toilet to analyze your poop and tell you what it means about your health? Well, you’re in luck. Toto unveiled a concept toilet at CES 2021 that does just that. It scans your body and excrement to provide recommendations to improve your health.

    Kohler Stillness Tub

This one is nothing short of amazing. The Kohler Stillness Tub uses water, light, fog and aromas to create an immersive, relaxing experience. But the price is a little wacky, ranging up to $15,998 fully loaded.

    Sleep Trainer

The ainenne Sleep Trainer says this light will give your baby a comfortable sleep rhythm and train your baby to sleep. I’m just going to go out on a limb and say this is possibly about as useful as that diaper wipe warmer I bought and used for a week.

    MaskFone

Is it a mask, is it a phone? It’s both. Well, not really. It’s a mask with earbuds integrated into the mask. So it’s a bit wacky.

  • air-pop.jpg

    AirPop Active+

The AirPop+ Smart Mask with a Halo sensor is a mask that gives the wearer information on the outside air quality through an app. While health is super important, this mask involves a lot of work to wear it. And it’s $149.99.

    LG Autonomous Disinfecting Robot

This one is marvelous and cool. LG’s autonomous disinfecting robot uses UV-C light to disinfect high-touch, high-traffic areas. LG plans to offer the robot to hospitality, retail, corporate and education customers in early 2021.

  • ysl-lipstick.jpg

    YSL smart lipstick

Yves Saint Laurent’s Perso smart lipstick is wacky due to its price. For $299, you can get three lipstick cartridges and mix them together to get the exact shade of lipstick you want. Given that YSL is owned by L’Oreal, I think you could buy a tube of the drugstore variety from any of their other brands much cheaper.

    Project Hazel from Razer

Razer dubs this the world’s smartest mask. And while that might be the case, this N95 mask looks really far out.

    Cadillac eVTOL air taxi

Flying air taxis are always a huge draw at CES, and this year was no exception, even for a virtual CES. GM announced that it is working on a Cadillac personal aircraft, the eVTOL. it’s all electric with a vertical take-off and landing. It’s powred by a 90-kWh battery to reach speeds up to 56 mph. It’s in the conceptual stage and it’s pretty impressive.
