0x80040707 Setupdll.QuitUtility

When I try to install my PCMCIA Card D-link AirPlus g650+ on my old compaq armada m300, with windows 2000 professional installed, I got a 0x80040707 Setupdll.QuitUtility error, and I can’t finish the installation.

… look, Windows 2000 is installed with the latest patch, tha card works fine in my XP computer, no other drivers was found in Internet …

Anyone has suggestion ?
