3 puters in the kitchen

I have an E-machines system that on install, everything is pre-copied to the HDD. The WW8SE OS setup includes hardware that is not present. (original video card and CD-RW/DVD support stuff)

What I want to do, is to write a batch file to clean things up after the install.

Is there a recorder that follows you during a clean-up session and can be re-executed later?

I would prefer to work in W98 and not dos to do this.
