A Clean Palm Screen

I decided to clean my palm IIIc with a screen cleaner (spray and cloth) after which liquid appeared under the screen and all functions stopped. Yesterday I couldn’t turn it off, today I can. The screen doesn’t respond to the stylus. Suggestions?
