A function button in Excel

I would like to place a “button” that would run a function within Excel.
I have created a template form and would like the user to press a “button” or select a cell and press enter, that would print 1 copiy, then save the document as a particular cell content.. example… last name and date stamp)then send by email as an attachment to a particular user, then close the document.
Is this possible? If so, how?
