about CRM Microsoft and Exchange?

Hello all,

Have anyone implemented CRM MS and what about its workflow with Exchange? What are its differences with workflow in Lotus Notes? I implemented notes many times and see the workflow in notes runs good. But I still don’t see any companies here use CRM and Exchange, I just want to know what people said about this product. Any suggestions about CRM Microsoft will be highly apreciated.
