about microsoft managment console

here i am getting an error
“MMC cannot open the file”
c:/windows/system32/inetsvr/iis.msc
this may be because the file does not exist,is not a MMC console,or was created by a later version of MMC. there may also be because you do not have sufficent access rights to the file.
