Access 2000 Send Object Bug?

This is a question about an Access database. One of my forms uses a ‘send object’ command that sends an email to a specific person’s name that is on the form. The problem is that the form, half the time, will not create the email after the button has been used once. The users have to back out of the database completely and go back in to use the command button a second time. Is this a known bug with the docmd.sendobject command?
