Access 97 poser

I have a problem running Access 97 on a users’ PC. After Ghosting Office 97 on his machine, I try to run Access and it comes up with an error saying : “Access cannot start because there is no licence for it on this machine”. Word, Excel and PowerPoint all run fine but not Access.

I have de-installed 97, installed Office 95 and brought up Access 95 without a problem. But after upgrading to 97 (using different Licence no. to Office 95) the same situation occurs with the identical message. Anyone experienced this and know of a way round it?
