Access and e-mails

I have a database in Access2000
In this database i have e-mail addresses (as well as other info)
I need to send e-mails to various addresses containing slightly different data, but on a standard report.

How can I get Access to e-mail out automatically, I also have outlook 2000 installed as my default mail handler
