Access Database Problem

I have a 2 copies of a replicated databese at 2 locations. One of the users in the remote location enters data and sends thier copy of the database to this location to be syncronized. When the database is received the information that has been entered cannot be seen. The remote user is able to view, query, and run reports from it but it is not visible here. We have ensured that the correct database is being transferred and the file size is the same but the information is not viewable at this location. I checked all the security settings and they are identical. I am runnint to the leingths of my knowledge on Access. Someone please help.
