Access Form Position

I use Access 97 at home in Win98SE and at Work In WinNT – on both machines Access forms, tables, & queries open with the bottom of the form just below the bottom of the screen so that the form etc has to be resized to get to the record navigation buttons.

Hiding the Taskbar and changing screen resolution causes the form/table/query to resize so that the bottom of the form is again just below the screen.

Any resizing is not permanent and toggling between Windows triggers the resize.

Anysuggestions for a fix would be appreciated.
