Access Link to Exchange Public Folder

I’m trying to run an MS-Access query on a Public Folder in my Exchange Server 5.5 but when I try to create the link I get the following error from the “Link Exchange/Outlook Wizard”: The MAPI store ‘Company Contact List’ is known but is not available in the current profile. This can occur if you use a profile that is designed for working offline from a server and try to link to a folder or address book on the server. The wizard is unable to link to it.”
What must I do to get this to work?
