Access Printing problem

I have a user who goes into a database and needs to print to a locally installed Oki 520 Microline printer. The problem arises when the business he is printing forms for has multiple addresses. The primary address form prints fine. The secondary ones print each line in triplicate(right over itself) after it has done this it will form feed two forms(not three) one with the heavy(by now) print and a blank one. Have installed latest drivers from Oki and reinstalled Office XP neither helped. Anyone got any ideas?
