Accessing email from Exchange

I have seen a way where you can access your email on a Exchange Server from the Internet. I am trying to figure iut how to set this up. I have seen where you can go to a Web Browser and type in your Web Site/exchange and you can then view your email from a web browser. How do I set this up???

Please help!
