ActiveX xontrols not diaplying in help pages

Do anyone have any idea why suddenyl a PC user cannot use the help files of at least SolidWorks and Word as when he tries he gets a warning that ActiveX controls on the page are unsafe and as such it diables them.

I have reinstall IE6 but still no joy.

Anyone got any ideas?
