Ad-Watch Not Responding

Hey,

Running Ad-Watch on a Windows 2003 Server box. It opens and just stops. Task manager says it is not responding.

Not sure where to determine what version of Ad-Watch it is, the Ad-Aware is SE Professional version 1.05.

Tried disabling AntiVirus, have not tried to uninstall and reinstall yet.
