Adding a Mailbox In Outlook

When I click tools, services, properties of ms exchange server, advanced tab, add it gives me an error. “The name could not be resolved the action could not be complete.” All I want to do is add an additional mailbox. I have a screenshot, if you want it, give me an email address to send it to.
