Administrative Install

by vpierce . Updated 24 years, 1 month ago

I am trying to deploy OFF2K throughout my corporation. So, I downloaded all the info that I could find on Microsoft’s site and read it thoroughly.

I tried to create an administrative share by following the directions:

type “setup.exe /a data1.msi” on the command line. The admin install ran. However, I was never prompted for a CD Key, Organization name, EULA agreement or installation path. The setup program just dumped all the files onto my E drive.

I then used the customized install wizard thinking this would give me the opportunity to enter the required info. But, it doesn’t.

I don’t want any user intervention when OFF2K is installed.

What more do I need to do?
