adobe photsop 7 not starting

Hi,
can any one help on the following issue, i works on Photoshop 7 ME, & it was working fine then after a while when i come 2 start the application, it shows the splash screen, indicating that its initializing its presets & files. then suddenlly without any warnnings it the splash screen dissappear, & thats it. like i havent opened the application at all.

any feedback is highly appreciated.
