Alternative to standby db Oracle 8.0

Need to know if there is a third party software that can give me an open Oracle ver 8.0 standby database which serves the purpose as a Disaster Reoovery database. Easy to use, setup, automated and minimal monitoring. How is Shareplex by the way?
