I’m using Norton anti-virus program.I found some virus(w32@…)on my pc last week. i already updated latest virus definition. i wasn’t deleted files which infected virus. i keep those files in Quarantine item. Yesterday, i deleted all files which infected virus in the quarantine item. Today, my system become wrong something. I saw Norton’s auto protect is not working. Auto protect is disable automatically. i don’t know why? And i can’t open any folder, e.g My Computer, My Document and, can’t run any application program. i can only go from start menu in my OS. So i try to uninstall Norton from add and remove program at control panel. But uninstall process isn’t completed coz program was hand when runing uninstall in half. And i went to delete Norton folder in drive C:.Then system become normal, i can open any folder and can run applications. But problem is, i can’t reinstall Norton Anti-Virus program again. some error message appear when i install program. e.g.program already installedor insert cd Norton 2001 version and so on…I don’t want to format my HDD and reinstall OS again coz there is some important data in my pc and running it every day. How can i reinstall Norton Anti-virus program again? I really appreciate if u help me. please suggest me.
