ArchiveSink Utility

Have Exchange 2000 with SP2 installed and trying to use the ArchiveSink utility in order to archive all messages in Exchange. I have registered the DLL with no results. The KB refers to making registry entries if you want to control archive locations but at this point I would just like to see it work with the defaults. Anyone have an idea as to what the problem may be? I am also open to alternatives as long as they cost no more than free!
