Attachments not forwarded

Hi All,

I have a small problem with Outlook 2000 and the REDIRECT rule.

I recently changed several users forward rule to a redirect rule. (So that the email address they received the email from would be the remote sender not our internal account ID)

Since then, SOME, of the users are not receiving attachments with their redirected emails. I have checked Technet and found references to the TNEF RTF rpooblem, but all the accounts (and the exchange settings) are set to Plain Text.

Any ideas?
