Attempts to Repair Unsuccessful

I have been using a downloaded Access template for my Service Call management. It allows me to enter all data just fine, but it will not run the necessary reports. I continually get error messages, such as “invalid parameters” (start/end dates), or “unable to perform task”. Any ideas? I’ve even tried entering the d/b table and running a straight query, and no luck. I have attempted to compact and repair, ugraded at sp’s, and still can’t get it to work. I cannot afford to lose all of the information contained therein.
