Auto-reply for Outlook mail box

I have a mailbox in Outlook 2000 called resumes which delivers it’s contents to our office administrator. I am trying to set up an auto-reply for messages coming into that mailbox (Resumes)but when I try to do this it applies the rule to the officeassistant’s box as well…I don’t want the rule applied to messages coming into her, only to messages coming in to Resumes box. What am I doing wrong?
