Autoforward email in outlook 2000

Hello,
One employee of our employee resigned and he wants to forward all of his company @company.com incoming email to his private @yahoo.com account. I just try to use the rule wizard in outlook 2000 but he wasnt able to receive it.

Our serveris:MS Exchange 5.5
Client is:Outlook 2000

Please help.
