Automate Outlook Access Submitting Email From PowerPoint…

I am working on a PowerPoint presentation. At the end, I have the user click submit to submit an email to their supervisor confirming they have successfully completed the mandatory presentation. The problem is that when you hit submit, Outlook asks if you want to allow access to your email to send the email. What’s more, it puts the dialog asking for access, behind the presentation. Is there anyway, in my code to send the email, I can check the box on the dialog and answer yes?
