automated email reply

Hi,
My boss is on vacation this week. She just sent me an email asking me to set up an automated reply email that gets sent to anyone who sends her an email to inform them that she is on vacation and will be returning on Monday. I know this is possible because I’ve recieved that kind of thing from people who were on vacation. She is using Outlook 2000. If anyone knows how to do this, please help. Thank you in advance.
