Autotext – From Word97 to Word2002

Has anyone encountered problems accessing autotext after using the organizer to bring it over from word97 normal.dot to new normal.dot in XP? We have one user that has a huge volume of autotext which was brought over, but when you try to access Insert>autotext — Word locks and you have to end task (and I’ve been patient to see if it will evenutally open). Anyone know of a limit?!?! or other suggestion?? Thanks Much!! Kath
