Backup, swap media

I am using Veritas Backup Exec 10.0 and Exabyte VXA 1×10 1U robotic library for the company’s backup. I am not familiar with this kind of stuffs.
My question is: how can swap the media? Why there is error message like “Physical volume library media not found”?
