banned from icq

i have been using icq chat room to chat with my friends online using opera web browser. i dont know what is the problem, now whenever i try to enter the chat rooms, it says ur banned from icq/aol.com. i cant even enter as a guest. i tried removing the cookies and also formatted my hard disk once but to no avail. it keeps on giving the same message. i havent used anything abusive in the chat room. its very irritating, pls help me.i use win xp and win 98 as my o/s.
