Batch file

Dear Friends,

Please can you help me to create a batch file inorder to delete cookies/ temporal internet files and history in IE.

We are using a thinclient machine at work and users are finding it difficult to delete escpecially history files because it is been blocked(grey).

Also can you help me with the same issue but with windows 2000 machine / Windows XP to delete cookies and temporal internet files and history in IE
