BCC rule in Outlook 2002

How do I create a rule in Outlook 2002 after I send messages? I want to be able to send a BCC copy to a different email address. The rules wizard has the ability to send a CC copy out, but not a BCC copy. Can you help with this? I am in direneed to be able to do this.
