Belkin cable router

I’d like some advice on setting up shared access to my cable connection. I’m running Win2000 Pro. and would like to share my cable internet with 2 housemates both using Mac’s.

I’ve seen a Belkin 4 port Cable/DSL Gateway Router that seems to fit the bill. Model F5D5230-4
Does anyone have comments good or bad re: this particular router.
