BIOS – Logo

Hello Guys,

I wanted to ask whether if anyone knows how do one change the logo which appears at system startup. Just like Compaq OR Dell does. As soon as we start up the system the logo appears and then the computer boots up.
Secondly, Is it possible to get the company logo on My Computer Properties ??? Again like Dell or Compaq with the processor speed and Memory.
Do we need to use any special kind of software for that?? If yes can anyone please tell me where can i download that from?
