blind copy on email for outlook

I have an exchange 5.5 server with clients running exchange 2000/xp client. My question is this… is there a way to to blind copy a users email to the admin account so they cant see it. The only thing is, how can i also hide it so that the user doesnt see that it was blind copied when they do a reply to the email. Any information would be greatly appreciated.
