Browser Blues

My browser gets the error message that, “The connection was refused when trying to contact s1.amazon.com”

I’ve tried it with IE6, Netscape7 & Mozilla(latest build).

I’ve checked all my settings & I cannot figure out what the porblem is. I’ve looked at security, privacy, java. I’ve deleted cookies, temp folder & temp internet files manually. Any Ideas??
