Busines Contact Manager Data Migration

Desktop PC with Office Outlook 2003 with business contact manager. Has numerous contacts that need to be copied to a notebook computer with the same version Outlook.
Where is the necessary file located, and what is it called, that I use to migrate this info to the other PC?
I understand changing databases in Outlook, but the business contact manager, evidently, is in another location.
