Calendar bug (time zone)

The last time I checked Valentine’s Day was just one day. I find this very strange that when you change Time zones on a computer all the “All day” events change from one day to a two day event. Is there a workaround for this?

The person using this computer connects to an Exchange Server in another city, that has a different time zone than the city he is in. He doesn’t want to change the local time on his computer to an incorrect time zone.

Why can’t Outlook keep the “all day” events consistent with the days they fall on regardless of time zone?
