Calendar not scheduling all attendees

One of our Engineers scheduled a recurring meeting, which was accepted by all five parties. The recurring meeting shows on all of their calendars except one. The originator of the meeting received verification of acceptance from all parties. What would cause just one person to not be scheduled?
